  The 2023 Mid Atlantic Westsail Rendezvous will be held September 15-17, 2023 at Spring Cove Marina hosted by Jake Jarosz.

  All Westsails and Westsailors past, present and future. Bring your boat, crew, or just yourself. We will have dock space for all boats.

  Just in from Bud "I am planning on coming to the rendezvous....  I will be staying with Harry Dingle, the owner of W42 #5 Sweet Dreams II in Baltimore. He is planning to come in company of at least two W32 owners on their boats and other owners may want to join him. Harry can be reached at dingleprinting@gmail.com."

  The 2023 NorCal Westsail Rendezvous will be held Sept. 29th-Oct. 1st 2023 at Vallejo Yacht Club hosted by Andrea Dose and Mike Ransom aboard W32 Aerides II along with Randy Leasure and Jay Bietz.

  All Westsails and Westsailors past, present and future. Bring your boat, crew, or just yourself. We will have dock space for all boats.  

  This year we will be keeping the event simple - more of a sail-in then formal rendezvous as in the past.

  Please register in advance on the WOA web site and contact Andrea and Mike likeabikemike@gmail.com for guest berth reservations.

  We will be using the guest dock at the VYC and docking W32s along the guest dock. We will dock 3 boats lengthwise and then side tying as more arrive 2 boats wide. There will also be other spaces available (yet to be determined) for more boats that don’t fit at the guest dock.

  We will be guests of the VYC so there will be other members at the club as well during the weekend with some other activities happening. Please be respectful and responsible as we are guests of the host and club. The VYC bar will be open to purchase drinks. 

  Visitors must register in the club guest book upon arrival and have in their possession a current membership card from the club that they represent if from another club. The card is to be presented upon request Visitors are expected to follow general club rules and regulations while at Vallejo Yacht Club and are subject to our statement of limited liability.

  Vessel Berthing - rate is $1/foot/night or whatever rate is applicable should you have a reciprocating yacht club membership. You must contact Andrea and Mike likeabikemike@gmail.com for guest berth reservations.
  

  Vehicle Parking - is available at the VYC. 485 Mare Island Way, Vallejo, CA 94590.

  Arriving by boat - The VYC is located on 2.5 NM up the Napa River from the Carquinez Strait at the east end of San Pablo Bay. Please feel free to email Mike for local info on best timing for currents & wind, and depths within the marina.

  Arrive via Ferry as the terminal is a short walk to the club.  Vallejo Ferry Route

  • Friday- Boats arrive. Evening hors d'oeuvres potluck on the dock near the boats - a fun event bring your favorite finger food.

  • Saturday, boat tours and visitation etc. 

  • Saturday dinner -We will be ordering several pizza's and salad delivered to the VYC. Cost per adult is $15.00 cash and will be collected by Jay Bietz.  

  • The WOA store will be open Saturday afternoon and evening. I am looking for someone to organize store and handle the sales.
