Need Help in FL with Cape Horn Mods

    Is there anyone out there in the Florida area (East Coast) who has a Cape Horn Toucana wind vane mounted on one of the stainless steel boomkins?   Eric from Cape Horn and I are corresponding concerning some possible modifications to the vane to better adapt it to the Westsail 32 configuration.   I'd like to look at an installation and discuss it's operation with someone who has experience with it.   Please drop me an email at tkoehl2769@gmail.com or call 321-610-4211.   I'm in the Melbourne/Cocoa area.  Thanks, Tom

    Bud, Thanks, but I'm okay for photos.  A couple of owners have recommended some changes to the design and I've been discussing it with Eric and I'm at the point where I need to actually get "up-close and personal" with one of the installations for measurements and observing the movement arcs of the quadrant, vane oar, etc.   I think Jack Webb will be able to help out.  -Tom
