ARRRrrrrr... matey!
Ah yes, a Tahiti 'ketch'. Sweet boat but all wood. I actually contemplated buying one berthed in Sausalito Ca that was built in the 40's (all old growth Oak and Cedar) and a winner of the Wooden Boat festival there. For a 30' boat there is not a lot of comfy living area/storage space below. Nothing like a Westsail.
Fortunately I came to my senses. As much as I love wooden boats I'm afraid I would be a poor owner of one.
