    Thanks Tate! I'm a big fan of your blog!  I will be down your way sometime. My hometown is Cut Off. I went to high school at South Terrebonne in Bourg and a couple semesters at Nichols State in Thibodaux. I have lots of family down there. I'm in California now, but will retire in a few years and head south for good.

    Welcome to the family.  This is the best owners' association I have ever seen or heard of, but then again, what else would you expect of folks who bought Westsails?
