Just thought I would introduce myself even though some of you may know me already. I am in Houston TX.  I was actually a member on here close to ten years ago and haven't been on here for quite some time.  I have owned my W32, "Defiant", for around 10 years now.  I brought her back from the grave pretty much.......very poor shape when I got her.  Now she is nice condition but still needs a little work, mostly maintenance and some exterior woodwork.  I single handed her to Puerto Rico and then back here to Houston about 3 years ago and she did quite well.  I did discover that I don't care much for single handing. Since I came back from my single hand trip, I kind of lost interest and needed a break.  Now I have a strong renewed interest and am really enjoying working on her again.  I will soon be moving her to Rockport, TX where the water is nicer and I can do some nice sailing waters right there.  Galveston Bay, where I am now is over crowded, the water is chocalate brown and It takes 4 to 5 hours get to the Gulf......not the best sailing.  Will post pics of Defiant at a later date.
