W42 Aft heads

    As there doesn't seem to be any spares left for our old SL 400 in the aft heads,  owners cabin.Can anyone advise on a suitable replacement?

    Probably best to find a new replacement head.  Maybe the same as the forward head so you have extra spare parts.  Unless it also is a SL500.
