Portlight (window) gasket material

We're in the process of replacing the large galley / dinette windows on Abake. Over the years they have become cloudy and scratched.  The gasket material sandwiched between the bronze frame pieces appears to be a custom size.  While it may be possible to reuse the existing material, it would seem prudent to replace it during the effort.  I found one other W42 owner who purchased some of the material some years ago, but did not remember the supplier.  Does anyone know of a source before I get too involved in having a custom extrusion made?  Any other interest in obtaining some (possible minimum order)?  My calcs show it will take ~30' to complete one boat, that does not leave any spare for errors.

I bought gasket material for Inalla, my W32, from Bud Taplin at Wordcruiser.  I've found over the years that if Bud doesn't have it or can't get it, you probably don't really need it!

I am in the process of getting a quote on having the gasket material made for the W42 windows to the same dimensions as the original one used.  Since there are some minimum amount requirements to have the gasket material extruded, if there are any other W42 owners thinking about replacing the window gaskets, let me know.

The original is 13/16" wide, by 1/2" high.  There is a notch in it that is 3/8" wide by 1/4" deep to accept the window..
