Hey all, we installed our roller furling last week and now, after a few adjustments, it's seems to working just fine. 

We bought the Harken ESP for our W32 and a couple of things to note: 

• First, the best way and maybe the only way to install this correctly, is to remove the stay completely from the boat.  The bottom foil is adjustable and can not be cut, only the top foil can be cut (best done down on the dock). 
• Our head stay is +/- 43' long, while the bottom foil allows for some length adjustment, the Harken kit does not come with enough overall length of foil to reach all the way to the upper swedge fitting.
• We had to order an extra length of foil, parts, and shipping ($200) to make sure the overall length was correct and not have the bottom foil out to the last possible adjustment point. 
• The long leg kit is a must, however the shackle connection at the eye band, per the instructions, is turned the opposite direction on the W32 causing the shackle to torque when furling the sail. I had to load the shackle pin with washers to pick up the slack and reduce the torqueing by 90%.
• We used 75' of 3/8th YB for the furling line, seems quite adequate.
• After a little experimentation, we mounted the first furling line roller on the deck which created a perfect 90 degree angle with the furling drum and a perfectly centered coil when the sail is hauled out. 
• Fine tuning - make sure the head stay is taught (sagging will make it hard to furl), don't over tighten the jib halyard, make sure the drum opening is pointing directly fore and aft (not off to one side or the other) to reduce/ eliminate excess fiction points. 
• Finally the luff on my genoa is 39'8", I plan to add a short (10") pendant to the bottom of the sail which will allow the sail to be pulled to the top of the foil and clear the bow pulpit.
