    It's been severly neglected. The interior was being done up in a modern Euro look. From the last pics I saw it would need to be mostly gutted and rebuilt.  Deck was rough, spars need repainting, obviously all new rigging.  Sorry I'm not Bud; however figured you wanted an answer.

    Since I posted the first time, the owner has sent me pictures and filled me in on the situation. Sadly, the damage was mostly caused by the cockpit drains being clogged and the cabin flooded with rainwater as a result.
