RIG
A large, high aspect sail plan gives cruising sailboats good performance in light air and going to windward. It does wonders for the fattest, heaviest hulls. Coupled with a boat of moderate proportions, a good modern rig, either cutter or ketch, is easily single handed and gives a boat singular light air performance. NOTE: The 39 is part of this profile but as yet I don't have a view of one. As soon as I do it will be here.
